~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Whenyouare buying or selling property in today's real estate market, it is important to have confidence in your real estate professional. My commitment as your REALTOR is to provide you with the specialized, professional real estate service you deserve. I have earned both the Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Residential Specialist designations. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Clarksville Association of Realtors and the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, I am a member of the Middle Tennessee Regional Multiple Listing Service (MTR MLS) which gives me access to all multiple listings in Middle Tennessee and several bordering counties in southern Kentucky and northern Alabama.
Ibecamea Clarksville home owner in1976 when the Army assigned me to Fort Campbell. After doing the math with the housing allowance, I decided it would be a better investment if I used that money to purchase a home rather than spend it on a rental. I realized I wasn't likely to live here forever but thought a nice home would make a good rental and become a great tax shelter for me as time passed. Little did I ever suspect that I would eventually move back to Clarksville and into that very house! When I purchased the house, I was a single soldier. Years later, I married a soldier and, upon his retirement, guess where we moved! After renovating the house and adding on, my investment is now our home and has no mortgage!
Whenyouare an informed buyer or seller, you will make the best decisions for the most important purchase or sale in your lifetime. That is why my goal is to keep you informed on trends in the marketplace using the latest statistics in our local and near by areas. When I purchased my home in 1976, I was a first time home buyer and relied, almost entirely, on my Realtor, Marianne Jacumin. She was great! Little did I ever think that she would influence the way I do business as a Realtor. Honesty, Integrity, a Willingness to Work and a "Can Do" attitude best describes the way I approach my work. The Real Estate market is constantly changing - not only the properties available for sale or rental but also the interest rates and the many ways to finance a property. With property values continuing to rise, real estate is a sound investment for now and for the future. Let me help you find your next home or your next investment property!
As a local area expert with knowledge of the military PCS process and the communities surrounding Fort Campbell, my objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals. I, and my team, strive to ensure your home buying or selling experience is handled not only professionally and personally but promptly and accurately.
Ifyou are considering buying or selling a home or would just like to have additional information about real estate in your area, please don't hesitate to call or send an e-mail to me.
Experience and education do make a differenceand should be important considerations when selecting your Realtor. I will search the multiple listings to find the best homes to preview, set the appointments and make the offer on the best house to make your next home. As an experienced Realtor, I will be able to provide assistance and guidance for loan pre-qualification and securing the loan, assisting with securing a home inspection, following through to make sure all the documents are correct and accompanying you to and through the closing.
Thank youfor visiting my website - please consider it as your online source for local real estate information, and return often for the latest property listing updates.
Tell me what you're looking for or how I may assist you!
